Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact and the original invoice must be included.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return or exchange.

Note:
Due to variations in monitor settings and lighting during photo shoots, the color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what appears on screen. Returns or exchanges cannot be made on this basis.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item(s).

  • All returns should be sent to the address mentioned on your parcel.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled any time before processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation call with tracking details.

After shipment, the Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.

Dawnest reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Item(s) out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment failure or declined authorization by the financial institution
